I have never had so many emotions running through my body all at once. I am just going to bring you up to pace with what has been happening in my life recently, sense I have been slacking on the blog thing. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'lucida grande', serif;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#009900;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'lucida grande';"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: medium;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#009900;"&gt;1)This week I have been retaining water VERY bad, it added a total of  12 pounds water weight on to my already chart topping weight. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'lucida grande';"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#009900;"&gt;2) I have been having a really horrible attitude about working out because of my water retention.. mostly when I hop on the scale and it is up 12 POUNDS sense the day before, and I feel like a freaking BLIMP with all this excess water weight, hell I feel like a blimp before the excess body weight. So imagine my astonishment when I see THAT after I am trying to eat healthy and exercise. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'lucida grande';"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#009900;"&gt;3) I had to get my blood drawn &amp;amp; get an ultrasound on my right leg to rule out possible DVT's (blood clots)/ kidneys failing/ possible reasons my WHOLE BODY is retaining water, much to my amazement, they found nothing. notta. zelch. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'lucida grande';"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#009900;"&gt;4) I had to go buy "grandma socks" aka: Ted hose, or Support hose. That does the self-esteem good, NOT!!! &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'lucida grande', serif; font-weight: bold; "&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#009900;"&gt;5) We saw some really not cute girls at the gym today, and I asked Chad, "Do I look like those girls, or do I look better?" and I got the response, "Babe, your skin is so much nicer than theirs..." Which is good, don't get me wrong but now I am all insecure because I am hoping I look better with my ass hanging out of my shorts than those girls did.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'lucida grande';"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#009900;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'lucida grande';"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#009900;"&gt;ANYWAY, The reason I have said all of that is because, I am trying to train myself to think better. EXAMPLE #1: I can get insecure after what Chad said, or I can buck up, and work harder hoping the next time we see them, he glances at them, and turns to me to say, "Babe, you look SOOO much better than those girls." ORRR I could sit and sulk about it, and get all depressed. EXAMPLE #2: I could look at myself in the mirror with 12 pounds of water weight and cry, and get unmotivated, ORRRR I could work 2X harder, and think of it as a blessing that when those 12 pounds drain out I will be covered in rock hard, head turning, sexy, lean muscle! :)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'lucida grande';"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#009900;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'lucida grande';"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#009900;"&gt;Yesterday at the gym I worked harder, I had a better attitude and I told myself that I can do anything that I want to, with a little help of a new workout playlist. I told myself that summer is coming up soon and I want to feel great about myself, be in shape and look as good for Chad as he does for me, and guess what?! It has gone so fast as there has been a lot of change to this year all for the better, the BEST thing being my BEAUTY Amber and having her in life and at my side, I absolutely love it !!!!!!&lt;br /&gt;  As Amber and I work together to motivate and push each other to reach our goals and vision we have for ourselves, I need to write down those goals so that I will be held to them as hard and as long as some of them might take.  Some goals will be long-term and other short-term, but all are goals that in due time I want to reach and hope for, wish me LUCK.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;   !.  It has always been my goal to be able to bench 300 lbs, I have gotten closer and closer this past year but have yet to quite get there.  I want to smash a pop can between my pec's, ha ha ha.&lt;br /&gt;  2.  I want a chiselled pack, I have been able to get the 6 pack but not to where I would like to see it, I want to be able to wash clothes on them if I ever needed too, LOL.&lt;br /&gt;  3.  I want to weigh over 200 ibs and have around 8 % body fat to go along with it.&lt;br /&gt;  4.  I want to run the mile and a half in under 10 minutes, I can run at the pace right now, but with gaining muscle and reaching that weight, I want to be able to maintain that level of cardio.&lt;br /&gt;  5. Eat right everyday, no more snacks, pop, or junk food stuff, consume good calories that will help me reach my goal.&lt;br /&gt;  6.  Take vitamins and other supplements everyday, including creatine, before and after workout supplements, and others to others in between.&lt;br /&gt;  7.   Work harder to get a full amount of daily protein in so that I will gain weight and muscle mass.&lt;br /&gt; 8. AND most importantly get to the gym at least 5 times a week.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;   Hopefully with these goals and things in mind and sight I will be able to stay focused and motivated to reach my goals, with the help of my Angel, family and friends I will acheive much more and I know that I can, its just a matter of when.&lt;br /&gt;  My goals will be added to and likely to change at a moments notice, so stay tuned and alert, lol. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#FF6666;"&gt;I know that probably sounds like a simple first goal, but I haven't ever been too faithful with the gym and for me this takes a lot of commitment and dedication, so there you have it.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#FF6666;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center; "&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#FF6666;"&gt;Simple goal #2: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#FF6666;"&gt;Eat a healthy balanced diet!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#FF6666;"&gt; I am going to write out a plan of exact amount of calories I want to consume per day (around 700-900) and exactly which foods I am going to eat, and the biggest part of this goal is &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#FF6666;"&gt;sticking to it!
